Nomsa Puriti Masuku

Nomsa Puriti Masuku, a former SAPS officer, testified at the Madlanga Commission in connection with the Tembisa Hospital extraction scheme and the Hillbrow theft of precious stones. She described her career, starting at the Serious and Violent Crime Unit in Alexandra, then moving to the Tembisa cluster from 2010 to 2013, and later to the SAPS Provincial Office handling serial rapist matters. She stated that she cracked a serial rape case involving Albert Justice M, with cases spanning 2004 to 2012. Her qualifications include a National Diploma in Policing from Tshwane University of Technology and certificates in cybercrime investigation from the University of Pretoria. She also received a commendation from the Minister of Police for her dedication.
