Xolani Nciza

Xolani Nciza was a figure in municipal governance whose appointment and dismissal became subject of scrutiny. He appointed two different law firms—presiding and presenting officers—with one being Majang. Questions arose over whether he was dismissed for failing to meet suspensive conditions of his appointment, and it was alleged he operated without a signed contract for months or years afterward. Nciza faced complaints of harassing a colleague by sending termination documents via drug enforcement personnel instead of sheriffs, though the colleague said Nciza exaggerated the number of cars sent to his home. Nciza also engaged in discussions about purchasing a car, sending 45 pages of pictures without clear context.
