Warrant Officer Masha

Warrant Officer Masha is a South African Police Service officer whose name appears in the commission’s record in connection with crime scene documentation and attendance. He is identified as the commissioner who certified affidavits in two separate cases, and as the partner of Warrant Officer Makgotloe when the latter attended a crime scene. Testimony described Masha as being allocated a subsequent crime scene and completing the related report, while another account indicated that Masha said the pair would not attend the Bramley crime scene because there was no shooting. His role in these events was the subject of questioning before the commission.
