Mr Zweli Dlamini

Zweli Dlamini is the City Spokesperson for the City of Ekurhuleni, assigned to the Office of the City Manager. Witnesses characterised him as overwhelmed by the volume of work, leading to a proposal that lesser-priority matters be delegated to a media team. He was also mentioned in connection with a tender, with counsel alleging that he, along with Mr Mnisi and the Deputy Head of the TMPD, had decided they were going to win that tender.
