Colonel Hlawulani Owen Ntuli

Colonel Hlawulani Owen Ntuli is a South African Police Service officer who served as commander of Counterintelligence Investigations within Gauteng province, operating under Crime Intelligence. During the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry, testimony described him as the officer assigned to conduct a threat and risk assessment on 8 August, a task he was instructed to carry out by Major-General Lekalakala, the provincial head of crime intelligence. Witnesses also indicated that Ntuli requested that Lieutenant-General Khumalo be informed of certain matters related to his work.
