Warrant Officer Paul Makhere Radebe (Hawks)

He also recounted walking toward members he knew from the Provincial Investigation Unit, noting that the Hawks’ glass door has access control requiring someone to open it. He explained that the instruction was clear: to determine whether any Hawks members were conducting an operation at Sandton. Radebe said he saw people he knew and approached them to interact and talk, rather than standing apart.
