Adv Mzinyathi

Advocate Mzinyathi is a senior figure in the National Prosecuting Authority whose handling of a particular criminal matter came under scrutiny during the commission’s proceedings. In a letter dated 8 June 2021, he directed that a warrant of arrest be cancelled pending the completion of police investigations, and instructed that the matter could not be enrolled in court without his written authorisation.
