Jennifer Ntlatseng

Jennifer Ntlatseng served as an executive director whose decisions and directives became a focal point in the commission’s proceedings. Testimony described her as instructing that evidence be handed over the day after a meeting, and as promising to remove an investigator from the eastern region’s probe, ultimately sending someone to take over the Blue Light Saga case. She was also said to have advised that the Chief of Police and Commissioner Spies submit statements, and to have decided that a task team of investigators from other provinces would be formed to bolster personnel in Ekurhuleni. Her role in coordinating these investigative responses drew scrutiny regarding the handling of the matters at hand.
