Stella (SFV) Jokazi

Stella Jokazi is a figure who came under scrutiny during the commission’s proceedings regarding her appointment and conduct within the police service. Testimony described her as a candidate for a proposed position who, at the time, was not in possession of the required law enforcement skills programme, having applied to the Ekurhuleni Metro Police Academy for enrolment in a training cycle running from January to March 2026. She was also alleged to have been appointed to an acting role, with an acting allowance claimed against a position that reportedly did not exist. Additionally, she was said to have created and sent a document containing questions and answers for the proposed position to Thembi Hadebe.
