Through a witness’s testimony, Muhammad reportedly shared details of a fraught relationship, alleging that Bellochun routinely exploited other Pakistani nationals who were desperate for money. He introduced acquaintances who provided supporting statements and supplied bank extracts showing transactions between himself and Bellochun, which he claimed amounted to R203,099.88. Muhammad also raised concerns about threats he said were made by an enforcement law officer, expressing fear for his life as the threats allegedly escalated toward violence.
