Shooting of Allan Subramoney (Berea CAS, January 2023)

A statement from Allan Subramoney (read into the record on day 158) describes him driving his white Mercedes Benz when he was shot at by men with automatic rifles, shot multiple times, colliding into a stationary vehicle and hiding in a nearby building while the gunmen continued shooting. He states he underwent several surgeries, still has a bullet lodged in his back and remains in recovery. The statement identifies the suspects as travelling in a white Toyota Etios, names the driver as Bevan Loftus and the front-passenger shooter as Ryan Santos, described as a known gang member and a hitman for Loftus, with a third shooter in the back seat. The statement was commissioned on 2023-04-25. Its timing and authenticity are disputed on the record - Mr Gregory Loftus disputes the delay between the January shooting and the April commissioning, states "That is a lie", and asserts Bevan Loftus was at home that day; separate testimony alleges the statement was taken at a later stage, backdated, and fabricated (CL0178296, CL0178297, CL0178298, CL0178320-CL0178326).
