Subpoena issued to Advocate Johnson under Proclamation R298 of 2025
Colonel Padayachee (IDAC) issued a subpoena to Advocate Johnson compelling testimony about the Crime Intelligence Seven matter under authority of the NPA Act and Proclamation R298 of 2025. Johnson resisted on grounds of self-incrimination, triggering the Section 27 / NPA Act authority dispute heard at Days 142 and 144.
